The organisation of this event will contribute to more efficient resolution of tax disputes, which is linked to part of the priority "Just and Efficient Taxation" from the CRO PRES programme. A modern system of taxation should be based on transparent, efficient and sustainable taxation that offers legal certainty to all stakeholders. The Croatian Presidency will actively advocate the achievement of the aforementioned goals, while at the same time spurring stronger growth, investment and competitiveness of the single market.
