The meeting on 3 March 2020 in Zagreb will discuss the implementation of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Paris Agreement in the part dealing with the general, legal and expert issues of these international treaties.

Among other things, documents relating to EU positions in particular activities that are required by the parties of these international treaties will be prepared and discussed.

Experts from Member States of the European Union will agree on a common position to be endorsed by the Council Working Group, and the European Union will present the same at a meeting of the Subsidiary Bodies of the United Nations Framework Conference on Climate Change and the Paris Agreement (Bonn 1 - 11 June 2020).
