The main agenda point will be the orientation debate on digital priorities in the post COVID-19 era, including deployment of digital technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, and connectivity and data.

The debate will be based on three questions prepared by the Presidency. The questions focus on lessons learnt from the crisis and priority aspects of the digital strategy, on the efforts to secure EU's global competitiveness and on further prioritising and investing in connectivity, data and digital technologies.

Under any other business, ministers will be informed of current legislative and non legislative activities, it will include status on ePrivacy, Digital Europe Programme and Cybersecurity Competence Centers files, and on the implementation of the 5G toolbox The presidency will also inform ministers about launching of the written procedure on the Council Conclusion on Shaping Europe's Digital Future. 

The Commission will then provide an update on the development of contact tracing and warning apps. 

Finally the incoming German Presidency will inform Ministers about its programme and priorities.
