Ministers will discuss the progress achieved in connection with the coordination of de-escalation measures in the context of the COVID-19 crisis.

Following up on the leaders' video conference on 23 April, ministers will also share their views on a comprehensive economic and social recovery of the EU, including an adjusted long-term EU budget and the accompanying recovery instrument.

Under 'any other business', the European Commission will inform ministers about the preparation of the annual report on the rule of law in the EU.
